Hope you’re in character! EastEnders’ Kierston Wareing

Her character Kirsty Branning wears some questionable outfits on EastEnders. 
And it seems in real-life some of her less flattering choices have rubbed off on actress Kierston Wareing as she stepped out dressed in clothing which looked like it was picked from Walford market. 
The soap star was spotted wearing the mismatched outfit complete with scruffy hair and huge hoop earrings while taking a stroll in North London on Tuesday.

Looking like the spitting image of her character, who is Max Branning’s third wife, she wore a rather cheap looking short black skirt, with a split down one side.
Keeping her legs out she teamed the short skirt with a pair of black fur trimmed boots. 
On her top half the actress wore a bright blue jumper and a black padded jacket which would be perfect for standing around a market all day.

Her long hair was scraped of her face in a ponytail with a large quiff while she finished off her outfit with a pair of exceptionally large thin hoop earrings.
While she may have looked like she was in character, it seems Kierston was in fact just enjoying a bit of down time as she was spotted picking up a healthy looking juice. 
It’s no wonder Kierston has taken a few things home from her character as in recent months her story lines have become intense and no doubt all consuming. 

Revealing: The soap star's skirt had a split in it meaning much of her bare leg was on show 

After she burst onto TV screens on Christmas day it has been non-stop for her character. 
Most recently she revealed that she is pregnant with Max’s baby after she was forced to abort their previous child after she was blackmailed by the late Derek Branning. 
Speaking soon after her first episode was broadcast, the actress said: 'Kirsty has a lot of sides to her. We don't know much about her, so there is potential for a lot to come out. First of all I thought, "what a b***h"’.

Pick me up: Kierston picked herself up a juice before walking down the middle of a busy road 

'But there is a side that hopefully comes across where people will feel sorry for her especially when you realise her situation. I do like her – she’s far from boring and I hope in the future there are lots more fight scenes, more bitchy arguments and more sobbing - a lot to get my teeth into.'
Kierston has appeared in acclaimed dramas The Shadow Line, Luther, Top Boy and Banged Up Abroad, and movie Fishtank.
The actress also earned a Bafta nomination for her outstanding role in the 2007 Ken Loach film It’s A Free World.
