Settling in: Patsy Palmer

Her character in EastEnders has about as much use for a yoga mat as Dot Branning has for a Drum and bass album.
But actress Patsy Palmer shows how she keeps her ultra trim figure as she settles into life near the EastEnders studio.
The mother-of-four has uprooted her family for a move to the Harpenden area, which is just 19 miles away from Elstree, where the hit BBC soap is filmed.

It is the strongest indication yet that Patsy's mouthy hoop-loving character Bianca Jackson is here to stay, after the actress returned from a six month break last year.
And, unsurprisingly, Patsy, 40, is a much snappier dresser than Bianca, who is known for her love of all things pink and Puffa.
Like Bianca, Patsy has four children, but showing she takes her appearance a lot more seriously than her market stall holder character, the star even curled her hair for a casual yoga session.

Bianca returned to our screens after a stint in jail for attacking Conor after her on-screen mother Carol Jackson, played by Lindsay Coulson, admitted having a fling with the youngster and she was jailed again in April 2012 for stealing from the market.
Patsy, who took six months off to spend with her children, said at the time: 'I'm only taking time off now because this is when the kids' holidays are.
'When I re-signed my contract I said, 'I love EastEnders, but I love my kids more'. Listen, I can imagine staying in the show till I'm in my 60s, but it's a full-on job.

'If they hadn't been prepared to give me time off, I'd have had to choose the kids.'
But bosses did choose the flame-haired actress and since returning to the soap in November last year Bianca has been at the centre of some of the most dramatic storylines.
Her character has had to face teenage gangs, opening up a market stall and living in the breadline.

The single mum lost her temper with her wayward son, played by James Forde, when she tried to stop him hanging around with a gang, and ended up slapping him across the face.
Patsy told Inside Soap magazine: 'If I was Bianca in that situation with my kid, I'd feel so much shame, guilt and fear.

'But I think for some parents, that's how you would react if your child's being rude and shouting in your face.
'Bianca's worked her whole life to try to support Liam, but he treats her like she's a piece of dirt on the floor.'
