But EastEnders star Kierston Wareing has maintained a stony silence over the allegations, refusing to either confirm or deny the claims.
However, as the young actress was seen arriving at the EastEnders set in north London on Friday, her pout looked as plump as ever.

Earlier this month, Michelle sent Twitter into overdrive when she commented on a 'ridiculous lip job' while watching an episode of EastEnders.
Twitter row: Michelle Collins speculated earlier this month that an EastEnders castmember had had a lip job
While the 50-year-old actress declined to elaborate further, many of her followers on Twitter speculated that she was talking about new castmember Kierston, who plays Kirsty Branning.
Michelle tweeted: 'Why do actresses have ridiculous lip jobs done???
'Watched Easties tonight!! Was shocked! Big lips just seem to take over the screen! Too distracting!'
After receiving abuse from some EastEnders fans, accusing her of 'bullying', she replied: 'No bitching please! An observation that’s all! Strange now who’s doing the bullying!!??? No more tweeting for me!'
She went on to explain that she was against cosmetic surgery and was concerned how it could affect young women.
She continued: 'There are young girls of 18 and even younger having cosmetic surgery do you think that's right ?????'
When one Twitter follower mentioned Kierston's Twitter feed, Michelle praised the actress: 'Yes she is a very good actress indeed particularly Fishtank!'
Stormy: Michelle was watching an episode of
EastEnders which featured a tense scene between Kierston and Max
Branning (Jake Wood) when she made the comment
'I do not tolerate bullying !!! If I ve offended then I m sorry people shouldn't make assumptions though.'
Michelle's 17-year-old daughter Maia later took to her mother's Twitter account to defend the Corrie star.
Pleading innocence: Michelle insisted she wasn't talking about Kierston, and praised the 35-year-old actress
'To send anything thing you want, the ruder the more entertaining, because Michelle is a single mother who works from 7am to 7pm everyday.
'And the tweets are actually making her quite upset and she really doesn't need them at moment.'
